A few Halloween cards!

WOW where has the time gone!! Summers done, fall is here and its time to get back into the "scrap" of things - LOL

I seriously have spent so little time down in my crafting room this past summer. Living on the acreage has proved to be very time consuming...especially in the summer months. I must admit it proved to be "more" work that I had initially expected...BUT I am loving every minute of it!! I do welcome the arrival of fall though...less time spent in the garden, cutting the grass or pulling those persistant weeds - LOL

I am looking forward to the long hours of creating time I will be enjoying in the coming months! This past week was very wet and cold, so I found some time to play and was inspired to create these cute Halloween cards! I LOVE halloween...such a fun holiday...almost makes me feel like a kid again - LOL

I hope you enjoy these cards and I hope you feel inspired to create something festive of your own! I look forward to sharing many more of my ideas and designs with you!

FINALLY! I apoligize for my lack of posts here...with the arrival of spring and summer I have found myself busier than I initally expected. Life on the acreage is good, but so busy I find myself exhausted at the end of the day. With the nice weather I have not had much time to play in my scraproom, but I would like to share some of my "newer" creations with you!!

These last kits from Lil Scrappers are gorgeous as always! I have had so much fun creating with them. I hope you enjoy the reveals, be sure to stop into the store as Bev has added many new items and while your adding these kits to your cart you can grab some more goodies too - LOL!!

I absoluley loved this MAY "Got Kit" featuring a selection of goodies from Bo Bunny, Bazzill and Basic Grey!!

Next I have this YUMMY Lil Scrappers MAY Card kit to share with you!! I have to say that I am a HUGE fan of October Afternoon & I particularily enjoyed their latest release!

I was recently shopping in Liquidation World and came across these fabulous Making Memories Photo Box albums...I could not resist purchasing several of them for future use. (I have a tendancy of stock piling items for "future" unknown projects - LOL). So when I received this kit I KNEW that the album was absolutely perfect to use with these gorgeous collection!!

I always like to make the best of my kits and generally end up with very little left over, this kit was no different...I found I was totally inspired with the collection of goodies and managed to get a few pages and cards done also!

I also had this cute little herb garden that was looking so plain sitting on my window ledge...so I thought I would "pimp" up my garden & I am really pleased with the end result...I will have to take a picture once the plants have started to grow!

All I can say is WOW!! Look at all that scrapping goodness! I hope you enjoyed these reveals and feel inspired to create! Thank you for stopping by and I promise to less negligent and keep you stocked with some fresh and fun ideas to get you scrapping!

Rainy days & a Mothers day card!

Well it is official spring is here! Mother nature is gracing us with rain these last few days....I know we need it...but it can be rather depressing - LOL

Sadly the gloomy weather seems to affect my mojo, I have been trying for days to find some inspiration to start a few projects...I have such a "to list"! I just can not seem to get into the scrap of things, but I have managed to create a few cards which I will share soon.

For today though, I a mothers day cards to share with you. I finished these a few weeks ago. I am very pleased at the end results...I dusted off some of my stamps and was motivated to FINALLY make use of them...hopefully I will continue using them!

Where did the month go??

WOW! I can not believe it has been a month since my last post!! I honestly do not know where the time went, it seems like my days are starting to run together into one - LOL

Spring has hit and we have been crazy busy around the acreage! So much work to do and it seems like there is so little time to get it done...perhaps it is just me and my need to have things done NOW - LOL

In the process of getting into the "spring" of things (LOL - sorry couldn't be helped..hehe) I have 2 fabulous kit reveals to share with you!! NOW I KNOW I say this every time...but these are seriously AMAZING!! As always these Lil Scrappers kits are overflowing with gorgeous goodies ready and waiting to be devoured. I honestly can not pick my favorite...each is so unique and absolutely PERFECT in their own unique way.

Good Morning Sunshine!

I have another reveal to share with you today! How many of you LOVE American Crafts!! Well you will not want to miss out on this reveal! This beautiful card kit "Good Morning Sunshine" from Lil Scrappers features American Crafts new line "Dear Lizzy"! It is breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL!! I simply love the little flowers, chipboard....and well...ABSOLUTELY everything else this newest kit has to offer!

I will admit that this line is quite different from my normal "Style"...considering I have 2 boys and find myself doing a lot of "BOY" lines; I enjoyed the change up this kit offered.

"Tickled Pink" Altered Bo Bunny Edgy Album

So yesterday I was sitting sipping my coffee, checking my emails and just starting my day as I normally do when I started to think of Easter projects. I always like to come up with new ideas each year, and this year I knew I wanted to make good use of my cricut machine.

So after a bit of playing around...trying this and trying that...THESE little cuties are what I came up with!! I LOVE THEM!! My pictures simply do not do these beauties justice!! They are absolutely adorable!!

Meet Pansy, Petunia, Paige, Pearl and Pheobe!! Don't you just love them!!

I used my Cricut cartridge "George & Basic Shapes" to make these little gems. Along with a few other punchies, embellies and some yummy trims they are ready to decorate those easter cupcakes, flower pots or will even make for a cute card topper.

Card Challenge - It's a HAPPY DAY!

Good morning!! Hope you all slept well, 6:30am sure seems to come quickly! My kids are gone and off to school and I am just about ready to start my day. My "To - Do" list always seems to be so long, but I have slowly learnt that it NEVER ends and I will accomplish it all in due time - LOL

Today I wanted to start you off with a little card challenge. Something quick and easy and hopefully will offer a bit of inspiration to get you scrapping! Our weather has turned colder here, so I for one will be staying in doors keeping warm and there is no better way to do that than sitting at my scrap table - LOL

A PRIMA good day!!

There really is no better way to jump start the week than a YUMMY package of PRIMA GOODIES!!

Today was my "run to town" day & I am so glad I did!! Waiting at the post office was a yummy package of prima goodies I ordered last week! I can not wait to start playing with these beauties!!

After I was done drooling over my goodies, I spent the afternoon painting up some plant pots, chipboard boxes and a few tins. I have some projects in mind...don't worry I will share once they are complete!

I also spent the day putting some new stuff in my Etsy store...so be sure to stop in and see if there is anything that catches your eye!! Just follow the link on the right.

Right now I am just waiting on supper...it is spaghetti, salad and garlic bread night. YUMMY! A nice home cooked and simple meal (my guys requested a simple... & they were very specific about this...spaghetti and meat sauce - LOL)

My Sunday 10 Things....

I love Sundays! Always have & I always will. Sundays continue to be a day of R&R in our home. No rush to get up and going, no lists to complete...no expectations! We enjoy the day as it unfolds itself...stay in our pj's longer than usual (sometimes all day!)...we simply enjoy the happiness of just being together.

Today my HAPPY 10 things are...

1) Laying in bed and listening to my boys playing TOGETHER for a change.
2) That first sip of coffee!
3) A Tasty morning breakfast of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns & toast.
4) Sitting back sipping my coffee & enjoying a morning conversation with my husband as my boys voluntarily clean up the breakfast dishes.
5) Watching my little Tyson ride the "big" boy quad and feeling so proud & sad at the same time.
6) Watching big soft white flakes of snow fall as I sit at my kitchen table (I don't always feel so happy about this fact - LOL - but today it just looks so pretty)
7)Sitting back watching an afternoon movie with my guys!
8)A yummy A&W Mozza burger for supper! A special treat!
9)Tucking my babies into bed, reading a story and a little cuddle before lights out!
10)An evening cup of tea and a little relaxing with my hubby!

Try marking down your HAPPY 10 things...not only are they a wonderful way to put things into perspective...but they make for great scrapbook journaling later ;)

Lil Scrappers Kit reveal....

I have another fabulous kit to share with you!! You remember my sneak peek posted a few days ago....well here it is!!! Our first Lil Scrappers kit of 2010 & what a GREAT one it is!

I had a lot of fun working with this kit & I found it so versatile! Here is a small selection of my creations from the kit (check out the full reveal HERE @ Lil Scrappers).

With this kit I managed to complete 2 pages, several mini cards & an altered tin & a 5x5 accordian mini album. I absolutely loved all the little trims included in the kit and the Basic Grey paper was sooo gorgeous (as it always is!!).

I had to dig deep to find me some pictures to scrap - LOL - as I have not printed any new ones off for awhile. (make note: ADD Print Pictures list of To do's!) I use to be one of those people who never "double scrapped" pictures, BUT I actually find I enjoy taking a second try at some of my old favorites! So for those of you who NEVER "double Scrap" I dare you to give it a try! BREAK the mold and have fun...thats the great thing about scrapbooking...there are NO rules, just CREATIVITY!

As I have said before, I am one of those people who keeps everything and that includes ALL my scraps! For this kit I had a lot of little pieces left over & because the paper was so gorgeous, I did not want to waste anything. So with the tiny pieces I created these mini cards which I have stored in this cute little altered tin. Add a few buttons, brads or tiny flowers and you have a perfect little note card.

Mini cards are a GREAT because you can throw a few in your purse, or wallet. You never know when the need might arise and you want to leave a little thank you for someone. Try making a few and next time your out for lunch leave a little thank you for your server...PAY IT FORWARD and add a smile to someones day!

It's all about the LOVE!!

I love this time of year!! Valentines is one of my favorite "traditions"...the projects, the cards the pictures!! I am especially loving all this time I now have to focus on my cardmaking & scrapbooking!! Today I have a few valentine love cards to share with you (both of which are available for purchase in my Etsy store).

For these cards I used an assortment of papers, trims and trinkets! For my first card I used the new Bo-Bunny line (I LOVE THIS STUFF!!), my cricut George & Basic shapes cartridge and A Bazzill paper flower! With the addition of some trinkets and trims the card turned out beautiful! I added some pop dots to give the heart a 3 dimensional touch (loving my pop dots these days!)

For my last card, I used one of my all time favorite companies...Making Memories!! I absolutely love everything they come out with...this Wedding line has to be one of my all time favs though!

I kept this card fairly simple in its design. I think it is quite elegant with the black and white & just a pop of red. I added some bazzill paper edging and a bit of trim with a few punchie flowers. The flowers have green gems for a little pop of color contrast.

Baby Rattle cards using popsicle sticks...

So I am one of those "collectors"...I keep everything, because..well lets face it you NEVER know when something might come in handy. Such was the case when I was trying to come up with a new "baby" card design for my retail stores. I knew I wanted to create a large rattle for the cards and I wanted it to "pop" off the card...all was good in creating the rattle top but I was stumped with the handle. A paper handle just did not seem right to me, and after "stewing" over the design my eye caught the collection of popsicle sticks sitting in my tool turn table. Then the light went off...so to speak - LOL

So here they are, and I am VERY happy with their final design! I used my cricut machine and my fiskar/EK success punches to create the design of the rattle.

So...lesson ?? ...DON'T throw stuff out - LOL - you never know when inspiration might hit!!

My new BEST friend & a few cards to share!

I simply LOVE coffee!! I drink tea and enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate now and then, but my beverage of choice is ALWAYS coffee...does not matter the time of day - LOL.

DH & I decided to keep christmas simple this year and not buy for each other, with our move we have a lot of purchases we would like to make for the new house/acreage. So with that being said we DID decide to splurge and pick ourselves up a new coffee machine!!

I love our new coffee machine, so quick and convenient and so many yummy choices to pick from!! I love that I can brew a single cup, and as strong or as big of a cup as I want! I can even brew a yummy cup of tea or hot chocolate if I want!

Now with drinking all that coffee, you can imagine all the activity going on in my scraproom - LOL. Today I have a few cards to share with you.

Christmas Portrait and a "Jolly" Santa Card!

What a GREAT day!! FINALLY we are getting some reasonable winter temperatures. The sun was out and sky was blue...so out my boys and I went to take their holiday portraits. They were very disagreeable to the whole shoot idea at first...but once we got outside they started to have a bit of fun & decided it was easier to play along (not to mention a whole lot faster - LOL). I think this is the shot I will use for our christmas cards this year (a bit late getting them done...oops)...I absolutely LOVE it!

Once we had a great selection of images, inside we went to get started on our holiday baking! Today I made mini pumpkin cheesecakes, chocolate candy cane cookies, and mars krispie bars....YUMMY!!(I will share some pics tomorrow...was to dark to take any by the time we were done) Tomorrow will be christmas sugar cookies!

A Snowman Christmas CARD

I do not do a lot of paper piecing, nor do I use my cricut machine as much as I would like too. But I have vowed to make more time to do so on both accounts & I am so glad I played around with it these last few days, & I am extremely PLEASED with the end results (will be making a few more of these tomorrow!!)

My idea for this came from a card my son had made years ago in school, I added a lot of my own personal style to this & gave this little guy some updates. If you would like to make one of your own, her is a list of materials to get you started. The rest is easy peasy!!

To make this card your will need the following:

(1) 5.5 X 8" CARD (color White)
(2) 1.5" Circles BLACK
(2) 2" Circles WHITE
(1) 2.5" Circle PURPLE (cut in Half)
(1) 2" Circle ORANGE (cut in Half)
(1) 5.5 X 4" Black Cardstock
(1) 2X6.5" Black Cardstock
(1) 1 3/4" X 6" Pattern Paper

My additional Materials for this card include:

Black Buttons: 3 Med, 2 Small & 1 Large
Ribbon/Twine
Tag with Making Memories rub-on

Good morning my friends! I hope you are all staying warm!! How goes the christmas shopping? I officially have 3 & 1/2 gifts - LOL - I know I know...I am normally the one that is so organized BUT I am just having a hard time getting into it this year!

Our house is still upside down with boxes and "in progess" renos, so I am hoping we will "Go Home" this year and celebrate the holidays with family. I don't think I will decorate our home this year, and I think that could be why I am having a hard time getting into the spirit of things - LOL

Yes it is that time of year again! I am not even close to being ready for christmas! I have made my shopping list in regards to "people" I need to buy gifts for...although, I have not yet started purchasing those gifts. Every year I have a harder time, the kids are getting older and they are not so easy to buy for.

Normally at this time of year I have the house decorated and I would be getting ready to put the tree up this coming weekend. BUT with our recent move, we are still getting settled and YES I even have a few boxes still kicking around. I do not think I will pull out all the decorations this year as I am not quite finished with my decor renos on our new home. PLUS our new puppy is quite the little mischief maker, so I think I will save my beautiful holiday ornaments from her "puppy" ways - LOL. Here is a little picture of our little mischief maker "Jynk"

I have although got a nice jump start on my christmas cards - LOL. Here are a few I made using the Lil Scrappers "Jingle all the way". I absolutely loved this kit!! So very non traditional in colors for christmas cards, and so VERY pretty!! The possibilities with this kit are endless...I am almost tempted to purchase another one - LOL!

I absolutely loved the patterns, colors and abundance of embellishments in this kit. Here is a small sampling of the cards I made using this gorgeous collection!

With having just moved and still being in the process of painting and completing minor renovations here and there, I find myself a little behind my normal holiday schedule.

Good morning friends!! Whats on your agendas for today? I am up bright and early thanks to my new puppy - LOL - my little early riser! Looks like another gorgeous day here. I have plans to pack up the boys and head out to some local area craft shows today...what a GREAT way to spend a saturday (I am sure my boys would disagree - LOL)

I am also hoping to play a bit with my camera today...I have been so busy lately that I have not had a lot of time to get out and shoot. My scrap stash of photos needs to be replenished, so hopefully today with offer a bit of time to do that.

I am a huge fan of the all to famous "To Do" lists (much to my husbands dismay - LOL)....I am a true believer in being organized, setting goals and I love being able to see my accomplishments on paper. Quite honestly...If I do not make my lists and actually have something written on paper I find myself to be scattered and a little helpless. My family and friends are always telling me I work to hard and take on way to much...I think that is simply my way - LOL

Anyone else? Or am I the only list nut out there - LOL.

A whirlwind month.....

I honestly do not know where the time is going, and how I manage to get through each day - LOL. It seems the "MOMMY DO LIST" gets longer each night while I sleep!! Summer is fast approaching and I am absolutely thrilled!! I have been so busy working outside getting the flower beds and planters ready. We are still experiencing some cold evenings and even frost on occassion. So every night I load my twenty plus pots into the garage for safe keeping (would hate to loose all my hard work to a bit of mothers natures nasty frost!!)

With all the yard work, planting, painting and such I have not had as much time to scrapbook as I would like. BUT no matter what I do try to make sure I am sneaking in at least an hour or so each night...VERY theraputic after a BUSY BUSY day!

The kids are counting down the days till summer holidays...I think they were ready to be done school about a month ago (honestly so was I - LOL).There are no big vacation plans in our families future...mostly camping as we do most summers. This is a favorite past time of ours and I am looking forward to getting right into the swing of summer!!

I am a little late in sharing these kits with you...BUT better late than never!! I would hate for you to miss out on these scrumptious collections of goodies!!

Yes, I must confess i am a TWILIGHT junkie!! I never thought it could happen to me....I don't like vampire movies, books or any kind of story for that matter!

It all started when my niece lent me one of her duplicate copies of the book at christmas. I thought how fun, something we can connect with together....so I decided to read the book. WELL..........I was hooked!! Finished the first edition in a matter of a day and a half...ran to walmart to purchase the 2nd and the rest is history!

I am now the PROUD owner of the Twilight Book series, DVD & the sountrack (just need to get the score CD - LOL)

I even have an Edward Poster!! There........I have confessed......now you know!!

OH.........and just so you know......I plan to re-read the books (always better the 2nd time around!! LOL)

Here we are, the 23rd of February...I am not sure where the time goes, or how I manage to survive the craziness that each day brings...but I do!

I wanted to share a few more creative goodies from February...a super cute and super quick Teacher gift...a few scrapbook pages...and even a cute little envelope card.

I quickly made up this Valentine gift for my sons teacher & YES I even baked the cookies inside of it. Our teachers work so hard and deal with so much, & I always want to make sure that they know just how much they are appreciated...even if it is just a simply bucket of cookies.

I used some yummy Heidi Swapp paper, Making Memories alpha stickers & rubs, and EK Success bucket and finally some yummy Ranger Stickles!!

Next up I have a few scrapbook pages! I created these for the online crop @ Lil Scrappers this past weekend. I hope you enjoy them & be sure to check out the challenge details....it just might be the inspiration you need!

With the arrival of 2009 things have been busy around our household!! Christmas was a whirlwind as it always is, enjoyable but crazy as always. We were experiencing such cold temperatures through the holidays and sadly were unable to enjoy a lot of the "seasonal activities" that we look forward to each year.

Thankfully these last few weeks have warmed up and the boys have been able to get outside and play....cabin fever was setting in, so the relief from the cold temperatures was welcomed by all with open arms!! LOL (although the weather man says we are in for some more COLD...YUCK!!)

Cabin fever does have its benefits though...LOTS of scrapping time to be had!! LOL

I am excited with the arrival of another year and I can not wait to share with you the first of many sensational kits from Lil Scrappers for 2009!! As always our kits are jam packed full of scrumptious scrapping goodies & they always feature the newest goodies to hit the scrapping market!! Where oh where has the year gone!! Another christmas is quickly upon us and I find myself so far behind!! LOL - I guess that is what happens when you take an early tropical vacation.

I have been crazy busy since returning from my Mexico trip on the 25th. So many things to do and so very little time to do them. I must say though, as busy as I am, I truly enjoy this time of year!!

This weekend is focused towards getting the tree decorated and the last of the outside christmas lights up (might have to sweet talk hubby for that one).

I am also excited for our upcoming reveal at Lil Scrappers!! As always, we have another scrumptious kit in store for you. Here is a little peek.........

Wow....where has the time gone!! October is halfway done and I feel like I missed it!! It definately feels like fall around our home, the weather has become crisp and the leaves are making their jouney downwards. I do love this time of year though...the colors, holiday scents, and one of my all time favorite holidays...HALLOWEEN!!

With the arrival of fall, I have found myself in full MOMMY TAXI mode - LOL. Very busy running kids from activity to activity. I have also been very busy with my own classes as well as some photo sessions with friends and family!!

Today I am very excited to share with you the NEWEST CARD KIT from Lil Scrappers "Sixteen Candles"!! Saturday Ramblings & a Sneak Peek!!

Well the summer has almost come to an end. It's hard to believe that in a few days we will start another school year! Jayce will be entering grade 5 & my baby is starting Kindergarten this year. Where did the time go, they grow so fast. I must say, as great as this summer has been I am rather excited to get back into the routine of things. Not to mention the change of season that will be upon us in a few weeks. I love fall for the rich colors, cozy sweaters and crisp mornings!!

With that being said I am very excited to share with you this next kit from Lil Scrappers. So different from anything we have done before. A beautiful rich line with flocked papers and stunning patterns! I know you will love this gorgeous kit collection!

Hope you are all enjoying a lovely Wednesday!! The sun is out and it is going to be a hot one today!! Finally some sun!! I am looking forward to a quiet weekend at home....nope no camping this weekend - LOL. Time to recharge the battery, the last half of August is shaping up to be a busy one for my family!

I finally found some time to play last night. I am seriously in love with these new lines from October Afternoon "Detours" & "Daydream"...BTW have you seen their upcoming releases!! WOW!!

I also mixed in some Heidi Swapp journal pieces; Bazzill brads, blossoms & cardstock; and Making Memories felt & puffy alphabets!!

I have been a terribly busy girl!! Spending a lot of quality time with the family....lots of fishing, camping and holidaying!! I love summer!! I can not believe we are already half way through the summer months...in just a few weeks I will be out shopping for back to school supplies!!

Well I shared with you a sneak peak at Augusts "Mid Summer Breeze" kit (on sale now at Lil Scrappers) and now it is time (a bit late) to share with you my projects from the kit!!

This particular kit was a bit out of the "normal" scrapping box for me personally BUT I absolutely loved this kit!! It is beautiful, soft and so packed with SEI newest collection "Chick a doo".

Check out this months SUPER Cool "Got Kit" project reveal!! I must say, this is one of the most enjoyable blank chipboard albums I have ever worked on!! EK Success has outdone themselves with this little Art Blanche Sandpail album Our Family spends a great deal of our summer days/evenings and weekends at the beach...so this little project was super cute to house all those summer beach photos I have!!

Once again Lil Scrappers has outdone themselves with this kit!! It is seriously over flowing with the new WRMK "Frenzy" paper, stickers, buttons and ribbon products...I created ALL this and still had ribbon, stickers and a tonne of paper left over!!

Another Lil Scrappers REVEAL!!

Happy Canada Day my friends!!! Today is also another Fabulous "got Kit" reveal @ Lil Scrappers!! This months kit features the new Carefree line from Heidi Swapp!! A must have kit!! This line is so soft and pretty but so very chic!! The kit AS ALWAYS is jam packed full of an incredible selection of elements. Gorgeous pattern papers, matching cardstock, felt butterflies, felt flowers, bling, acrylic shapes, ribbon, and journal blocks!!

When I was finished with the kit, I honestly only had SCRAPS left!! I simply devoured this kit and even managed to get a BOY page out of it - LOL

Last of the Teacher gifts!!

Well it is official...the school year has finally come to a close!! WOW, another year gone...where oh where did the time go!

Here is my oldest sons teacher gift. He had a male teacher this year, so I really struggled with the "gift prospects" BUT in the end decided that I would make a lunch pail for him also. I filled it with candy and included a $25.00 Starbucks gift card.

Thankfully it was a hit!! I love these little lunch pails. I plan to make one for myself, I think it will make a great card case!!

I also like to share a little something with the childrens bus driver, I do believe that they are just as important!! Thanks April for a great year!!

This is a ceramic "bag" style pot that I filled with a plant and then "scrapped" a front label.

Altered TEACHER Gift!!

Teachers are so very important in the developement of our children and I truly admire their strength as leaders!! I have always made a point of showing my childrens teachers just how important they are; every year I make each teacher a special gift to express my sincere gratitude for all that they do!! I hope that even the smallest gesture will allow them the confidence to face even the most difficult challenges teaching brings.

This cute little gem is an altered lunch pail I found at a local discount store. (I bought all the ones they had - LOL) This beauty features products from Maya Road, bo Bunny, Making Memories, Sandy Lion, Scenic Route Bazzill Basics and a few miscellaneous odds and ends.

I plan to fill the inside with an assortment of goodies!!

The card is made using up scraps & I stamped an apple using Heidi Swapp acrylic paint & a actual apple half. The Butterfly is an acrylic stamp from Papertrey ink (absolutely GORGEOUS stamp set and EXCELLENT quality)

Today is REVEAL day @ Lil Scrappers & this months Got Kit is absolutely to die for!!!!!!!! Seriously, this 7 Gypsies collection is mouth watering yummy and is a NOT TO be missed kit!!!!! I really had to step outside the box on this one, I was very challenged by this line & I TOTALLY LOVED IT!!!!!! the papers are absolutely scrumptios and the collection of embellishments we are including with this kit are simply irresistable!!

It has been raining here for close to a week now & I do think it is time to stop!! LOL I love mother nature, BUT sometimes she can be so single minded!! LOL

With a week of rain, and no sign of Brighter days...I have had a chance to play!! I have always loved Making Memories, their embellishments have always been exsquisite BUT I will admit I have not always been a fan of their paper. Until recently I only ever purchased their letters, embellies, ribbons etc...WELL I do believe their newest lines have officially made me a Making Memories GROUPIE!! LOL

Here are a few "Rainy Day" card sets using some of their newest lines: Animal Crackers - Jack & 5th Ave!! LOVE these lines & I do think I will be making another purchase to RESTOCK!!

I REALLY enjoyed working with this line!! Such a Bold and modern line. The patterns I truly enjoyed and I fell in love with the die cut pieces and their alpha dies!! This line also has a gorgeous ribbon selection and a VERY classy rubon collection!!
